                    The „la Volupté” club has arisen from a need to provide the unique guests of Niebieski Art Hotel & SPA comfortable living conditions tailored to individual needs. We will make every effort to prepare the stay in our hotel as a unique event and the highest quality of each day consist of a deep felling of sensations, which the name of “la Volupté” contains.

  LA VOLUPTÉ CARD


From 1.04.2015 La Volupté card is used to collect funds
under the new loyalty program:

 

 

 

 LA VOLUPTÉ VIP CARD

 The card entitles you to: 

  1. having 10% discount for accommodation at our hotel (only reservations made directly through reception desk)
  2. having 5% discount for all massages and treatments at Vanilla SPA
  3. having one free massage at Vanilla SPA during each stay at Niebieski Art Hotel & SPA
  4. one free welcome drink (from the list available at the hotel)
  5. free-of-charge juices made from fresh fruits (from the list available at the hotel)
  6. the simplified procedure for check-in and check-out
  7. free-of-charge parking place in underground garage
     

Conditions of use of discounts resulting from "la Volupte" Program:   

  1. Cards are valid only with name, surname and signature of owner on it.
  2. To take an advantage of price discounts for an accommodation, please inform the hotel team that you are the owner of “la Volupté” card when making reservation. You will be also asked to show the Card during the check-in.
  3. To take an advantage of price discounts at Vanilla SPA, please inform the hotel team that you are the owner of “la Volupté” Card during making reservation. You will be also asked to show the Card before the treatment at the Vanilla SPA.

The restrictions of use the "la Volupte" Card: 

  1. Owner of Niebieski Art Hotel & SPA is the only person who decides about the accession to the Program.
  2. Room rates cannot be discounted when booking has been made through affiliates.
  3. A person who may join the Program must be an adult, an individual person, who has a legal capacity.
  4. The Card is not honored on 31st December (New Year’s Eve) and on 1st January (New Year).
  5. The discount which is granted for the owner of the Card cannot be mixed with another discounts.
  6. There is no use in case of commemorative, occasional events organized by the Hotel .
  7. In case of deprivation of the “la Volupté” Card (a theft, loss, etc.), please inform immediately the office of Niebieski Art Hotel & SPA, then the new card will be released.

The acceptance of regulations and the program termination: 

  1. The statute of “la Volupté” Program will be considered as a accepted by a Participant from the first moment of use of the “la Volupté” Card.
  2. Niebieski Art Hotel & SPA reserves the right to suspense or ending the Program anytime.
  3. In case of suspense or ending the Program, Niebieski Art Hotel & SPA is obligated to put information on the hotel website: www.niebieski.com.pl.
